Emmy Awards Nominations Announced
The nominations for The 63rd Annual Emmy Awards have been announced and unlike last year, Family Guy scored multiple nominations, while The Cleveland Show makes its Emmys debut. Family Guy music was acknowledged with three nominations: Two for original scores by regular series composers Walter Murphy and Ron Jones, and one for a song (“Christmastime Is Killing Us”) by Jones, creator Seth MacFarlane and Danny Smith. Murphy and MacFarlane are previous song winners; this marks Jones’ third and fourth nominations for Family Guy.
