The El Dorado cigarette company take over Happy-Go-Lucky Toys and begin creating toys which encourage children to smoke. Lois grows concerned, and asks Peter to confront the management about it; when he does, they make him president of the company. With his new job perks, including having Martha Stewart help out around the house, the family forget about the company’s suspicious activity; until that is Lois catches Stewie smoking. Peter is sent to Congress in Washington to encourage more smoking, but when he hears Stewie coughing from the audience, he realises that he’s been brainwashed and encourages the Congress to sue El Dorado cigarettes for $100 million, effectively bankrupting them.
